Effective February 1, 2009, Daniel K. Brendtro is joining the law firm of Zimmer, Duncan & Cole, LLP, in southwest Sioux Falls, where he will continue to serve a broad range of clients on litigation and corporate matters.

Dan will maintain an office on-site at regional trucking supplier North American Truck & Trailer, Inc., and will also continue to serve as its outside general counsel.
